If in the slicer, the Printer and Filament drop lists are both "Default" options, you cannot find any other options under the list.
It means you save the software folder under a file path with a non-English folder name or one that contains special characters.
Solution: Please check the folder path, see if there is a folder name that is non-English or contains special characters, and rename the folder with English characters.
