¶ 1. Unfixed build plate
Please check if you fixed the build plate like the two photos below.

If not, the build plate may shift horizontally during 3D printing due to friction between the nozzle and the 3D printed object.
¶ 2. Print without PTFE filament loading tube
Print without installing the PTFE filament loading tube might rip off the filament when the print head moves suddenly from the area near the spool holder to another area near the fixing knobs. In this case, the filament will be ripped off under the fast moving speed of the print head.
So please do install the filament loading tube before loading the filament.
¶ 3. The PTFE filament loading tube wraps around the Z motor
Please tidy the filament loading tubes after loading the filament to avoid the tube wrapping around the Z-axis module.
Because if it happened, the printer would be out of step when the print head moves from the filament holder to the operator's side.
