Please check the "Serial Number" label behind the 3D printer.
You need the number to activate the FormLetter software.
Right-click on the "FormLetter.exe" file to send a shortcut to the desktop
Double-click the "FormLetter" icon to launch the software
Wait for about 10 seconds before the software successfully loading the cloud-based 2D-3D generating software in the "Design" section
Click the signup widget, input the email, password, and the Serial Number.
