¶ 1. Electronic Scale
Usage: It's used for measuring the remaining filament on the spool. Based on the data, you will know if the remaining filament is enough for the next print task.
Purchase notes: Buy an electronic scale with a minimum measuring range of 2kg.
Use guide: Weight the spool, subtract the spool weight 500g, the resulting value is the weight of the remaining material.
¶ 2. Industrial Oven
Usage: It's used for drying damp filaments.
Purchase notes: Buy an industrial oven with an inner size bigger than 200×200×200mm. (single filament spool size is 200×200×70mm)
Use guide: Dry the PEA filament at 50°C/122℉, dry the PES filament at 60°C/140℉.
Warning: Please don't put the filament directly in front of the air flue inside the oven. Because that area has a higher temperature than the set value, it will cause the filament slightly melt and bond together.
